Yes. Personal training is available both in-person and virtually, so we can work together wherever you are. Your programming and check-ins are the same quality either way.
One-on-one and small group training include nutrition and lifestyle coaching. The digital workout programs are focused on training — if you want nutrition alongside a plan, add nutrition coaching or ask about a custom plan.
Head to the Programs page, choose your plan, and check out. Payment can be connected to Stripe, Shopify, or a payment link, and you'll get access to your program after purchase.
Absolutely. A lot of the people I work with are just getting started. Everything is scaled to your level, with form and technique guidance so you feel confident from day one.
Individualized nutrition and macro guidance, lifestyle habit coaching, and weekly or monthly accountability check-ins. Note that nutrition coaching on its own does not include workout programming.
